SHAMANIC CEREMONY

The Art of Ceremony is powerful medicine. Through Somatic Therapy, Shamanic Arts, poetry, breathwork, live music, and aromatherapy we enter ceremony to access deeper realms of personal healing. ​

Kyra and Matt welcome all that you are into our sacred safe space for your healing process. We are Mesa carriers of The Pachakuti Mesa Tradition. This beautiful, earth honoring, non denominational tradition supports the spiritual dimensions of the shamanic container we offer in ceremony. This Andean lineage centers around a rebalancing of our personal relationship to the natural world through Ayni , or Sacred Reciprocity .

Regaining balance in the whole human system is a process. We cannot divide ourselves into separate parts and feel whole. Your body, mind, and spirt cannot be treated in isolation. We support you on a conscious path towards your unified, whole, highest self expression.

Shamanic Ceremony can include sacred plants and herbs like sage, sweetgrass, cedar and tobacco, guided meditation, breathwork, somatic,  energetic release, live music, bodywork, poetry and sharing circles.
