SHAMANIC CEREMONY

Nutrition matters. If you're neglecting this pillar in life you're profoundly limiting your potential. Fad diets, dogmatic nutrition outlooks and misinformation abound these days, but what actually affects how you feel, perform and live ?

Each of us has a different relationship to food, the question that matters is is what, when and how you eat supporting you in other areas of your life, or is contributing to what holds you back?

Our approach helps you take an honest look at the aspects of your nutrition that foster health, strength, longevity and performance and which pieces might be adding unwanted friction to your life.

Shamanic Therapy

HEALING CEREMONY

The Art of Ceremony is powerful medicine. Through Shamanic  arts, breathwork, sound healing tools, aromatherapy, Attars , sacred herbs and plants we enter ceremony and commune directly with spiritual dimensions. Our carefully guided Shamanic container supports personal and transpersonal healing .

Matt and Kyra are Mesa carriers of The Pachakuti Mesa Tradition. This beautiful, earth honoring, non denominational tradition supports the spiritual dimensions of the shamanic container we offer in ceremony. This Andean lineage centers around a rebalancing of our relationship to the natural world through Ayni , or Sacred Reciprocity . Kyra and Matt welcome all that you are into our sacred safe space for your healing process.

Regaining balance in the whole human system is a process. We cannot divide ourselves into separate parts and feel whole. Your body, mind, and spirt cannot be treated in isolation. We support you on a conscious path towards your unified, whole, highest self expression.

Shamanic Ceremony can include sacred plants and herbs, guided meditation, breathwork, somatic,  energetic release, live music, bodywork, poetry and sharing circles.

We host group ceremonies every month, and offer personal ceremonies to support personal healing for  individuals, couples or groups in community healing by request. Contact us for more information.
